Midi Skirt Love

I love the midi skirt. It works on everyone. Short, tall, small, big...it's super flattering, despite popular belief. Of course it is all about balancing the outfit from top to bottom. Here's how I do it.

1. Pick a midi skirt that has some pleating. It draws the eye toward the center. The gals with hips will look more slender and those without will create a slight illusion that they exist.

2. A cropped top gives a traditional length skirt a modern and fresh look.

3. Pair with an edgy bootie that has lots of buckles and maybe even a peep-toe!
